screen you need to:
Right click your mouse on the desktop
Select "Properties"
Click on the "Settings" tab
Adjust the "Screen resolution" slider to the appropriate setting
Click "Apply"
I have a Mac. Can I play iBingo?
Yes, Out Flash version is fully MAC compatible.
We don?t have a Mac version of our download software.? You may be able to play if you
have a PC Windows emulator.
Am I really playing with other players?
Yes, iBingo is a real-time interactive bingo game. The program that runs on your
computer makes a connection to a gaming machine over the Internet. The
gaming machine allows hundreds of people to simultaneously connect and play Bingo just as
they would in a real Bingo Hall.
Is there a maximum number of players in a game?
We don't set a maximum numbers of players but we do set a maximum waiting time so
that you don't have to wait long between games.
Can I change my cards if I don't like them?
No. The cards used by iBingo have been specially designed to minimize the possibility of
more than one person winning BINGO on the same call. We don't want to slow down the
sign-up process by having to continuously re-issue cards.
Why does the game seems to be playing by itself?
When you first connect, you arrive at a point where you are waiting for the next game.
If you don't ask to get into that game, you will, after a while see that game start
to play. You are not in that game. You are now waiting to get into the game
that will start after the one you are watching is over.
I was playing iBingo and my connection to the Internet dropped. Am I still in the Game?
Yes! Once you click on the "Play Bingo", you are in the game. If you
reconnect before the game ends, click on the Request to Play and you will get back into
the game with no charge.
If something goes wrong with your connection
and you can't get back in, the gaming machine will play for you. Depending on your
cards, you can still win the game.
Why do my cards not have all the numbers on them?
It's caused by interference with other programs and installed controls on your PC. Closing
your browser and all other programs often fixes it.
Or in bad cases, try the following:
We have found a fix that has worked for some players
- Click on Start
- Click on Settings
- Click on Control Panel
- Click on System icon
- Click on Performance tab
- Move the Graphics Performance slider to the None position.
Why does the game stop in the middle and then start a new game?
It doesn't stop playing. What has happened is that the connection between your PC
and our server has slowed down. The game kept going but because of the slowness of
the connection you did not receive the packets of data being sent to you soon enough.
There is nothing we can do to improve the speed at your end. We do however
keep track of what is happening on all the cards in play. If you earned Bingo, we
will process it for you and you will still be credited for winning even if you are
temporarily locked out.
How is the prize money determined?
The prize money is determined two different ways. In some games the prize is set
ahead of time. In other games the prize is determined by the number of players
playing the game. The amount of the prize is posted as the game starts. We let
you know which type of prize process is being used for the game.
The pot was 100 credits and I won BINGO. Why did I only get 50 credits to my account?
iBingo is unique in that you are playing bingo with hundreds of other players in
real-time. If two or more players call BINGO in the same round, all winners will
split the pot.
The prize is split on the basis of winning
cards not players. If one player has bingo on two cards and another on one card, the
prize is divided into three and rounded upward. A 100 credit pot would then be
split, 68 to one player and 34 to the other.
Is it legal for me to play iBingo?
The free bingo sites are legal in all parts of the world that we know of. You will
have to ask local authorities whether the gaming sites are.
Is it safe for me to give out my credit card?
We use eCash services from reputable, independent electronic banking providers.
These companies have invested heavily to ensure that their transactions are secure.
How can I practice before joining a real game?
You can play the free game as often as you wish..
How do I get the most out of Chat?
