How do I Play Games?
iBingo has two methods to play games, our download game and our flash game. The download game has all the bells and whistles you can expect from the best bingo game on the net.
Our flash game, iBingo-Lite, does not require a download, you can play in most of the iBingo game rooms and still have a most satisfying experience.

How do I Play Keno?
Keno is available on our no-download Flash Game Only. We run 3 Keno games 24 hours per day. Each room has
a different payout table. You can play up to 5 ways (cards) per game.

How do I Play Encore?
Encore is available in select bingo rooms. Encore is a minigame that plays in conjunction with the regular
bingo game. Participating in Encore allows you to win real money based on matching the last 4 calls called prior to
BINGO.

I installed iBingo using a CD-ROM, how do I play for money?
The software you installed using a CD-ROM needs to be activated to play money games. This is a very simple
process, requiring a very small download.

How do I Deposit?
For your convenience, there are several methods to deposit funds into your iBingo account. To ensure your security and

Why does my Credit Card not work at iBingo?
iBingo is classified as an Online Gambling Merchant. Some banks (mainly US) will disallow us to process your
credit card even though you have available credit.
What can you do?
In some cases a quick call to your bank may straighten this out as they can lift the restrictions for your
card alone. Another option is to use our alternate credit card processor listed as Credit Card via Meggacity or one of our 3rd
party processors
like Equinox Instant Credit.
What is a 3rd party processor?
3rd party processors provide the fastest and most secure way to transfer cash online. They are in the business
to protect you and your personal information when you do purchases on the Internet. These companies are in the business
to provide you with an electronic wallet for Internet purchase and you
should have no problem using your Credit Card with them.
Do I get charged more to do this?
In most cases, there is NO charge to you to send us payments via a 3rd Party Processor.

How do I Redeem Coupons
If you have received a birthday coupon or have received a coupon in the mail,
you can redeem your coupon for bonus dollars into your account.
Coupons can be redeemed on the deposit page of the cashier.

How do I Withdraw my Winnings?
iBingo processes withdrawal requests every business day, in most cases your request will be processed within 24 hours. In
general a check for the withdrawal amount will be mailed to you.

How do I play?
Download version: Click on the iBingo icon on your desktop to bring up the iBingo Foyer view. From the iBingo Foyer view, you can see all the Bingo rooms , their card costs and pot amounts. Just click to enter the room you want to play in. To play in more than one room, just click again on the other room you would like to join.

Flash Version: To play iBingo-Lite go to the play page, select the game you would like to join. It will auto select the proper screen resolution based on your desktop settings. You can only play in one room at a time with the flash version.

What is VIP and how do I play in the VIP Room?
To qualify for VIP play in the VIP room, you must have made a deposit and played in a pay room within the last month.
How do I play in the Platinum/Gold/Silver/Bronze Rooms?
To play in these rooms, you must be in that reward level. For example: To play in the Silver Room, you must be in the
Platinum or Gold or Silver reward level. To see the number of points needed for each level click

How do I play Klondike or Putting on the Ritz?
These are special events which require you to register in advance in order to play these games. Registration is open till half an hour before the event starts.

Why do ads popup when I play flash bingo?
If unwanted webpage ads are popping up when you play flash games, you may have a parasite. We at ibingo do not
