Connecting to iBingo Game
After clicking on the iBingo icon on the Windows Start menu, you are taken to a screen to allow you to connect to the iBingo server.
You must enter your account number and password before clicking "ok" to let you connect.
You have the option to display your password and also to save it for future use.
The Foyer - Selecting a room to play
After making a connection to the iBingo server, you are taken into the Foyer. This is where you can select the room you want to play in.
Note that the Foyer has a scroll bar and that the room that you want may not appear on the list until you scroll for it.
A list of all the available rooms is displayed giving the following information:
- Time to the next game as a series of rectangles or "PLAYING" if a game is in progress
- The name of the next game
- How busy the room is. The normal condition is "Not Busy". In some circumstances this may change to "Busy" but that is usually a temporary condition.
- The price of the cards, the prize, Superjackpot details and the price of the cards.
- The flickering on the screen is normal and is caused by the constant refreshing of the data from the server.
Playing in more than one room
Some players like to play in more than one room at a time. To do this your computer has to have enough memory to handle the additional tasks. If the game behaves incorrectly while playing in more than one room then you do not have enough available memory. Memory can be freed up by closing down (not just minimizing) any other programs that you may have open
You play in two rooms as follows:
Bring up the iBingo Foyer
Double-click the room you want to open
A second room will open and the two rooms will be one on top of the other. Drag one room away from the other with your mouse.
Depositing to your account
Click on the Window menu
Select "Deposit to Account". This will bring up the web page used for making deposits. It is the same secure page that is available on our web site
or, Go to the members area of the website.
