- Monthly Payments are based on total real dollar wagering by your referrals factored by game type
- Monthly Payments will be made on the first of the month
- Monthly Payments will be paid in Bonus Dollars and cannot be withdrawn
- Monthly Payment is determined as 2% of the total real dollar wagers of your referrals for Bingo/SpinGo, .2% for Keno and
.02% for Slots for the calendar month ending 2 months prior to the payment
